Bio

Mrs. Libby Stambaugh is a seasoned educator with nearly three decades of experience in the Red Lion Area School District. She holds undergraduate and graduate degrees in Elementary Education and Teaching and Curriculum from Penn State University, as well as certifications in Administration and Supervision from McDaniel College and the Superintendent's Letter of Eligibility from California University of Pennsylvania.

 

Mrs. Stambaugh began her career as a pre-first grade teacher, subsequently teaching first and third grade for twelve years. She also shared her expertise as a staff development instructor for three years. Transitioning into administration, she completed an internship at Clearview and Chanceford Elementary Schools and served as the assistant principal at Larry J. Macaluso Elementary School. She went on to lead Windsor Manor and Pleasant View Elementary Schools as principal, and also held the role of Supervising Elementary Principal. Since 2018, Mrs. Stambaugh has served as Director of Elementary Education and Director of Elementary Education and Federal Programs.

 

Beyond her professional accomplishments, Mrs. Stambaugh and her husband, Zach, are the proud parents of three sons. Her personal experiences have instilled in her a deep commitment to ensuring that every child feels valued, supported, and successful in their educational journey.
